Recently voted by King 5/Evening Magazine as the best automotive detailers in Western Washington, NWAS is owned and operated by car enthusiasts in Seattle. When we are not taking care of customer’s cars, we are taking care of our own. We treat each car that we touch as if it were one of ours because that’s the way we’d want someone to feel when working on our own cars. We consider it the “Golden Rule” of automotive care.
We are active in the local car scene and you will usually see us at gatherings chatting over coffee or at a car show behind a sponsor booth. We are fully insured both at our location and on mobile detail appointments as well. We offer multiple car discounts if you want to clean the whole garage at the same time. We also offer car club discounts if you belong to a local chapter of an enthusiast group.
Since we’re not happy unless our customers are, we operate on a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your car’s finish within 30 days, bring it back to us and we’ll correct the problem at no cost to you.

As a car collector, I was constantly trying to find a place to have my cars maintained…and I was usually disappointed. I found myself wondering why so many people couldn’t achieve the standard of quality I expected. People would always tell me that since my cars were black, I couldn’t expect perfection. After enough people told me this, I decided to open up my own shop. And now, I have a shop whose work with black will stand side by side against the best. I surrounded myself with people whom I could best relate, enthusiasts with a passion for all kinds of cars, with high standards for themselves and their work. I feel proud of the team Blake and I have assembled, we are a cohesive unit that stands behind our quality and is never satisfied with second best.
Blake Siebe
My passion for cars is deep rooted, as a child I could identify cars based on their headlights or taillights at night on long roadtrips I took with my family. I have been a car enthusiast all my life and have always been meticulous of how I keep my personal vehicles. In my free time I research new products and will never stop experimenting to find the best results possible. I have a English Bull Terrier, whos name is Moki, who comes to work with me everyday and I enjoy taking her to the dogpark and on walks after work. I take pride in NWAS, the reputation we have developed and the level of work we produce on a daily basis.
Solomon Ellis
I have been an avid car enthusiast since the first time I could utter a word. In fact, one of my first words, according to my dear mother was “car.” I strive for improvement in all that I do, whether at work or at play. This desire for improvement finds fruition here at our shop. I’m very proud of the team here and the level of service and satisfaction we provide. It is the utmost echelon of service that turns clients into friends, and friends into family. Ultimately, I don’t consider this a team, I consider it a family.
Myron Herman
From early childhood, it was Hot Wheels, building models, and Ray’s Slot Car Parlor in downtown Edmonds – now it’s NWAS. Cars have always been a huge part of my life, and I enjoy every make and model from the most mundane to exotics & rarest classics, but being able to work on such a rage of vehicles is my true love. There is no better feeling than seeing the look on a customer’s face when they lay their eyes on a freshly detailed car – I hope to see your smile soon!
Danny Durkan
If you’ve stopped by the shop, you may have seen me hiding behind a camera! I have an undying love for all things automotive + multimedia. Graduating from Seattle University in 2009 with a degree in Fine Art & Digital Design, I began my pursuit of creative development by building a streetwear brand utilizing recycled & organic materials from the ground up. Here at the shop I manage our various social media outlets, update the blog & website with fresh content, and try to capture every moment of vehicular bliss that comes through our doors. Cortney Galbraith
I came from a huge family of car enthusiasts of all cars, but we are and always will be a Mustang family. I personally have owned 4 Mustangs and never thought I’d want to drive anything else, until I started working around such beautiful and exotic cars on a daily basis…I guess I better get saving, or my husband needs to start working more! Watching the incredible work the guys do in the shop, I find myself more and more interested everyday in the work they do and wanting to learn everything I can. I’m excited to come to work to see what unique cars our customers have in store for us and to work with such a talented team!
Mike Szmytkowski
I’m just your average radio active detailer who hails from the eastern block and was raised in the good ol’ US of A. I started detailing shortly after high school on my own vehicles which quickly led into working on friends and family cars. My passion for automotive perfection and the sense of accomplishment I get when I finish a project is why I detail and why I will continue to help preserve automotive history with fine craftsmanship, honed technique, and a little Big Mike flair. NWAS has become the benchmark of reconditioning, pushing it further and achieving results only dreamed of by other technicians — and that’s why I am proud to be a member of the NWAS family!
